Making Contact and Getting Started
|
I am based in two locations:
an
Essex village close to Brentwood and Ongar, within easy reach from Chelmsford,
and South Woodford, London
E18, within a few minutes walk of the Central Line Underground station.
I invite you to contact me to
arrange an appointment for us to discuss if and how I can help. This first appointment will
be for you to meet me and see whether I am the right person for you. We will talk about what you are looking
for, what has led you to seek counselling or psychotherapy. It will be an opportunity for me to explain how I work.
I charge a nominal fee for this first assessment meeting.

together, the meetings or therapy sessions are usually weekly at a regular time and typically last for just under an
hour. My
fees for this are negotiable with some low fee places available.
